My daughter works for a hospital. She applied for and was denied an exemption for the flue shot. She did receive an exempting for the COVID shot. I have been hearing that they were planning to include the COVID in the flue shot. Does anyone out there know if this is being done right now? If so does the flue shot become NON APPROVED by virtue of the COVID being added to it?

People have 'mistakenly' received the covid vaxx in place of the flu shot that they were supposedly getting. Far too many examples for it to have been pure happenstance. On that basis alone, all flu shots should be considered verboten, since the QA around people administering these is effectively zero, rendering the entire concept and premise nonviable.
In your daughters place, I'd refuse all shots and continue to work, and communicate to management that they can fire me if they have a problem with that - in this era of massive qualified staff shortages in the medical field. Legal approaches, any attempt at trying to delay/postpone things or find middle grounds etc may have been more viable early on, but now I feel the impetus and momentum is such that the opposition has no clout, no backing, no positional advantage any longer, so why not take advantage of that and be as hardline as you can get away with?
Good luck and blessings for her feet to find the path of wisdom that I hope points her the right way.
Thank You! I feel so bad for her. She had a degree in business but she was unhappy with her job so I recommended she go into medical thinking it would be better. All she wants is to help people. I agree with what both of you said. I am hoping that we can have a conversation about this so that we can feel comfortable about her decision. Either way it's hers to make. I support her 100% She is a big girl now.
