The National Guard announced it will be activating cybersecurity teams in 14 states ahead of the midterms on Tuesday in efforts to protect election infrastructure against cyber threats.

AND doing it on a weekend, even better because the units will be in place before Tuesday and then WATCH OUT or WATCH THE WATER...

Everything they need will be already in place, just hook into the existing network structure or piggy-back of the secure internet structure...really doesn't matter at this point!!!!!!
