They certainly haven't been trying to sway my vote by keeping heating oil prices low like I had hoped they might

There’s only so much they can do. Everything on paper is now fraudulent.But heating oil is a physical commodity, and lowering the price would encourage people to top up and cause a shortage, and they can’t have that happen yet.
