Has anyone noticed changes at their polling place this election? In 2020, my polling place had Diebold touchscreen machines. This year was paper ballots that went into a separate machine guarded by 2 local police officers.
In Oklahoma at mine we always do paper.
Cool! We had the choice of machine or paper in Carbon County Utah. No officers guarding but a woman at the counter right next to the paper reader. Carbon County has always been majority Democrat, itβs an Union area connected to the railroads and the coal mines. A real melting pot. Iβm interested to see if we will have a change.
my polling location changed so idk
We have had paper ballots that we scan ourselves for a few years in my county. I did notice that the scanner was different from the last election. There was a good turnout this morning, most of whom seemed to be voting correctly based on their conversations with campaigners outside the polling place.
