-Some state, not named yet as far as I know, created delay due to security something or another and data being slow something or another

-Back in action and yes! theres a winner! In CA.

-Winning ticket bought at...JOES Service Center

Everyone coming into my store is calling BS. When the winning numbers finally were released I printed the slip on our lottery machine. It is showing NO jackpot winners at all. But it is showing that it reset to 20 million. I asked a customer that works with lottery in a nearby store and she said she's never seen it list 0 jackpot winners when there was one.
