Heavenly Father we love you so much. Thank you for all you give us each and every day. Help each of us to enter restful sleep so we can rise from our slumber refreshed and ready to serve u. Keep our hearts and minds focused on u and your love and light, not the darkness that is trying to consume the world. Make us new each day as we put on the full armor of God and leave the old self behind. In Jesus Christ glorious name amen
