I was watching S1E2 of Pennyworth and there is a public execution scene about 4 minutes from the end of the episode. The first person to get executed by hanging + disembowlment was named James Savile. Looked exactly like how the real Jimmy Savile looked. They listed off his crimes of rape, sodomy, and murder. I just found it super interesting that they would fit that in the show and would love to hear some theories.
