I think the confusion lies in the fact that some Jews follow the Torah, others the Talmud.

Many (most?) Jews are secular it seems but are still influenced by strong in-group preference and tradition.

Someone posited the use of the term JINO's here. I think that's a great idea.

I like the ones with the hats and curly sideburns the most. They look pretty cool.
