Friend is Regional Director of Second Harvest Food Bank and said word is that in February food prices are expected rise "dramatically ".

Considering how that term (second harvest) is related to elephants...horrible name for a food bank.

Edit: used 3 search engines including the Goog and I got nuthin' on elephants and 2nd harvest
Interesting. I've seen many shows discuss it. In terms of elephants, Second Harvest is the act of eating dung from other elephants, to catch what the last didn't process.
Like dogs eating cat crap due to it's high protein content.
I've found edible, if necessary, berries in bear scat before. Thank goodness for peanut butter crackers and beef jerky!
