Unfortunately if Warp speed not happened the Dem's would have successfully locked down the country for a very long time and I can't imagine what the our country would look like.
Assuming the lockdowns were for the virus. The limitations on ordinary people would have certainly have made it easier to track others. Speculation though, I don't like it either currently, but accept there is likely info we are not party to.
