Can't help with the symbolism, but this video is a 3-min. commercial for selling things. The main "product" that is being sold is the "Defender of the Faith" idea, that King Charles III -- a long-suspected gay man and a globalist -- is to be revered as some kind of living saint and representative of Jesus Christ on earth. No thanks.
