Today is my first official day sober with the intent of never going back. Ever onward.

All hundred mile journeys start the same, one foot in front of the other. If you never take that step, you never get started, and you never have a chance to prise that monkey off your back.
So congrats and dont forget to treat yourself with something else that you enjoy when you hit some days-since-last-time milestones. If you can share those moments with supportive people, even better.
