From a business perspective, let's say you buy a business. You are supposed to do your due diligence before buying. Then it turns out the business you bought was doing bad things, like dumping chemicals in the drinking water. It seems like you could get sued as a business owner. Is Elon setting himself up for major lawsuits or how does that work?
When he gets sued that means he is now entitled to much more information via "discovery" in federal law. I think Elon is going to kick their asses with the power of judicial law and procedure in order to get critical information that will help his case expose the truth via the discovery process.
