His big announcement was the following video in which he lays out what he'll do "when" he's "inaugurated." Not "if" he's "elected." Extreme confidence there.

The major announcement about America needing a hero was his superhero trading cards. He used hero in both messages and both messages were about being a hero. If he gave another speech that day it certainly wasn’t for the sheep. They didn’t know.
