Yes, I remember this video was posted here a while back and someone was theorizing that she was being arrested as we can see her hands are behind her back as if she's cuffed. I agreed and said if that's true then the military was in control at that time as I couldn't believe Hussein would have her arrested. Q told us as much because he was as corrupt and evil as she.
