I have NFTs and consider them the same as any collectible. They are worth what someone else will pay for them. ie Beanie babies, baseball cards

You might consider it the same, but it's not. One is a physical thing you can hold in your hands, the other is a bunch of 0s and 1s somewhere in cyberspace. It's not real.
