Guys, you need to start actually reading these articles. He hasn't banned sharing this content. It's only banned "IF the purpose of the Twitter account is solely to promote the other platforms." Which means normal Twitter accounts that actually contribute something to Twitter can share whatever.
Even the title of the The Quartering video basically said "can you people not read?" Yes, there are those who can't bother to comprehend what they're reading and there's those deliberately misrepresenting it.
