Yes I do realize that, but consider what the lower and middle income workers make and how they are taxed. There is a disconnect. Just because he is a businessman and can write off losses of business makes his income lower. Consider the taxes we pay out: Federal, state, SS, sales tax, gas tax, real estate tax, etc . We are being taxed on money already taxed on a smaller income.

You do realize, that he paid $750 because he lost $30+ million. He did not make money that year. Taxes are for when you make money.
