I experienced the same in NV. Checked that my mail-in ballot was received for weeks after the election... no record.
There is a reason people vote in-person. I won't be voting by mail ever again knowing that my ballot can so easily be "lost." AZ is showing me that in-person ballots can also easily be lost, or over-run with fake ballots.
We have a serious problem with election fraud in our society and it is definitely widespread.

Sure....vote on a ballot printed (same day) with the wrong size image, to be rejected (and/or "adjudicated/cured") by a DS poll operative.
What else ya got?
