Black Maca Root - energy, Lions Mane - focus, immunity, D3, Zinc, K, NAC or Quercetin (every other day, Occasional Zeolite - detox, Occasional Cubensis (<1gm G.Teacher.) - helps artist's block, L-glutamine & catsclaw - digestion, and some Iver' Elderberry B12 and C...and lots of prayer.
