i'll see if i can scratch on surface for this one too, but I think it may have to do with how Russia/Ukraine war is distracting others, and that we don't have enough white hats to focus on ensuring election integrity.

i know that datefagging is bad, but i'm guessing that the time to deal with election integrity could be after Russia/Ukraine conflict is resolved or when Trump returns into office. Remember when 60 Mins said "The Second Coming of Donald Trump"?

Remember, the rough 50/50 divide means it's still possible for Republicans to win elections. They won the House.
