I don't know. That's not right... the person needs to be balanced, courageous, determined and WISE with thick skin. I don't care what color is on the outside as long as on the inside is 100% American blood with a heart that will NOT give up fighting for what is right for the American people no matter what the threat, bribes, exhaustion or personal cost.
