I'm not dooming, I'm a realist, the only reason why the Supremes accecpted the Brunson case was an insurance policy so the last Congress wouldn't fuck the Supremes by mandating term limits or stacking the Court. Now the Reps are in, there is no need to go further with the case, their safe for now.
