That happened to my Stepson at his job working at a small business pizza place. It's everywhere! Some guy went for a break and never returned, but his girlfriend came to give him a birthday gift because he hadn't even told her yet. Can you believe that? lol.

It's worse for the customer now too, and business played everyone with the "worker shortage" which was totally false. They blamed shitty customer service on employees when they simply weren't hiring anyone either.
