Bill Would Force Military To Reinstate Those Who Refused COVID Vaccine

A Point Pleasant Marine was forcibly discharged over the federal COVID-19 vaccine mandate. Chris Smith introduced a bill to reverse that.

Offer them reinstatement with back pay and same rank or offer significant compensation with all the benefits and salary they would have accrued in a lifetime in service, plus interest d/t cost of living.
