Again, Biden as VP didn't have the same authority a president has to be the one to declas docs. The point now isn't how many docs. Where were Biden's lawyers back when he left office.

I disagree. Trump baited them to raid Mar-a-Lago. Knowing the corrupt DOJ/FBI & it was directed by BIDEN! That it was directed by BIDEN to 'get Trump' so he would be forced NOT to run in 2024. (Operation; Get Trump)

Here is the timeline;

Aug 2022 - Trump's Mar-a-Lago raided by corrupt FBI, DOJ at the direction of Biden Administration.

Nov 2 2022 - Just before mid-terms; Biden classified docs found & turned over to FBI/DOJ These docs have been moved at least twice.

Nov 2022 - Following mid-terms, AG Garland reports he will indict Trump in 60-90 days. Which would be early Jan 2023 to mid-Feb 2023

Jan 7, 2023 - McCarthy sworn in as Speaker through intense negotiations

Jan 9, 2023 New 118th Congress reports to investigate FBI/DOJ/Big Tech/Biden Admin for their weaponization of their offices against Americans during 2020 election and beyond

Jan 10 - 13 2023 - News reports of Biden's classified docs batches one, two & three and in different locations & still no word of AG Garland's indictment of Trump

Now we have Biden who is compromised with classified docs since he was VP. VPs do not have the authority to declass, Presidents do. Biden is in deep doo doo!

So what does Garland do? He appoints Hur as special counsel to investigate Biden. And what's in those docs? China, Ukraine & Iran. We know from reports Biden's China connection gave $$$ to the Penn University and China further bumped up (massively) the donations once he announced his run for the presidency.

Now Hunter Biden and Joe Biden are connected to China money and election interference with those big China donations! And Hunter had 'access' to those classified docs.

Garland said he would indict Trump in 60-90 days. That would be early January to mid-February. We are now approaching the end of January and no indictment forthcoming. Garland and his corrupt band legal thugs has another couple of weeks to figure out what to do here in this quandary of classified docs; both Trump & Biden...

I'd say Trump played one of his Trump cards! Let's see how this plays out.

If they had released Biden’s papers first, no one would have cared. Who doesn’t forget, and Biden? What do you expect? It’s not a crime to be sloppy…

But since Trump’s paper came first it’s reckless and criminal. They can’t back out now and they know it.
