Yellen warns of U.S. default risk by early June, urges debt limit hike

Hitting the limit would force the U.S. Treasury to take "extraordinary measures" to prevent a default, Yellen says.

Congress has ‘the power of the purse’ and can end The Fed and all the stealing for once and for all by not raising the debt ceiling. To me this issue just always proves both sides are equally corrupt as ‘Republicans’ never hold the line.

Thoughts? (Hoping, but) is this time any different???
