A former NHL player passed away on Sunday night. Gino Odjick, who was once the NHL leader in penalty minutes, died of a heart attack at a Vancouver hospital.

Even though I haven’t watched hockey since the Leafs were robbed by the Kings in the 90’s, I remember the Flyers and the Islanders being the two main scrapper teams. Never let a game go by without a brawl.

Safe and Effective doesn’t allow for elevated heart rate, I guess. Poor guy.
