Here's the solution:

Have the poor watch the government and report on the government to everyone else, and get paid for it.

That way nobody is poor, and people are in check, and government is in check.

This picture suggest the government in itself is not the problem, but that the people running the government are the problem. The problem is the right cannot and will not accept this. It's a complete black pill to them.
