I went to school in the late 90s and early 2000s:

PB allergies existed but I never knew anyone personally with one, and if so then it wasn’t deadly. But my sister developed an allergy as a teenager.
Gluten - none!
Some autistic kids.
None trans. A few gay when I was in high school.
