Buy everything you need while you have the money to use for it. I own my own home so I won't be paying any rents, Praise God and I have water stored and an emergency way to heat my home and cook. Been planning for quite a while. Going to be in it for the long haul if needed. Stay safe friends.

Digital currencies/coins are here to stay, like it or not. Big difference is between centralized and decentralized. CBDC will be the former and if in the context of foreign exchange, is one thing, but in terms of domestic exchange, the FED/Gov has no authority to mandate. They will try and they will bribe the populous at first (because the [petro]dollar will be worthless eventually). Better to exchange paper dollars before it comes to that. That will be the selling point. Safety, ease of use and security will be the pitch. And unfortunately the working class and poor will see no other alternative. I don't have the answer friends, only more doubt and questions.
