Are employers keeping up with employees jabs or just the initial 2 that were required for "fully" status?

Or are they having everyone get them at the same time to keep current.

I wonder if there is follow through or if it's a non issue now.

I think it depends on the company and likely the state. I was never required to get it where I work though they pushed it HARD. My wife works for a very large hospital system and they did require it but no longer do (Texas).
