I believe in the power of prayer, as many of you do. Thank you for all of the prayers for my brother in his cancer surgery.
The surgery went well.. My brother is recovering at the hospital, in some pain, but able to move to a chair in his room. He should be going home in a couple days.
Once recovered he will focus on his liver, more chemo. I will try to get him to consider fenbendazole, but haven't had luck so far. He has been making good progress, but the fight isn't over.

I don't like how the reporter calls it "dog dewormer" the whole entire time, though! Every Veterinarian and Vet Tech knows that the medications that we give the animals are medications that most, if not all, mammals can take. This very medication is safe for dogs but children all over the world take it for pin worms, which little kids can get just by playing outside, and they sell it at Walgreens. It's called Panacur. God bless him and I will say another prayer for him tonight!
It is kind of funny, the whole 'it deworms dogs!' A) as you point out, people get worms too and B) if it works, who cares?
I know right? Some Veterinarians that I worked for would say that the world just needed a good deworming! LOL esp if you owned cats! I hate that it has gotten such a stigma attached to it when it's pretty amazing stuff! That and ivermectin!
