Of course the rate is low, that is what happens when people stop looking for a job.
Why look for a job when there is so many welfare benefits to be had? Can't raise that income and become ineligable for the bennies.

Weren't the job numbers inflated by moving a decimal last report.... Then it was under reported the real numbers.
I’ve never in my life seen so many “hiring” signs. I’m talking everywhere. Is anyone seeing this?
I’ve also noticed the quality of worker seem to be lower in many low level positions.
