When I just went there to check it out, it worked...until I tried to follow someone and it came back with this message:

I clicked read more, and among other things I can't do which were way out of my league, it said I can only follow 400 new accounts per day; but I was only trying to add one to my small numbers of follows. Sum ting wong.

I only tweeted five times yesterday, but when I went on today, it said I reached tweet limit. WTF? Five tweets?
