I’ve paid in more than I’ve ever paid in my life and I’m getting back less than I’ve ever gotten. Am I required to file? I don’t accept and agree to this shit, it’s bananas

I filed Jan. 28th electronically through H&R Block. Just received State and Federal refund TODAY right to my bank account.
