Ukraine will NEVER have 'complete victory' over Russia, it's a statistical impossibility, despite all the American tax dollars poured/wasted into it. NATO has outlived its relevance and is actually self-defeating in its very existence by its own folly, pressured on by the DS demons, who are flailing themselves.
