Fiery Ohio derailment raises railroad safety questions

Officials are asking about railroad safety after a fiery derailment in Ohio generated a huge plume of smoke and forced evacuations in a small town because of concerns about the toxic chemicals the train was carrying.

There is a video circulating on this board taken by a security camera 20 miles from where the derailment happened. Apparently the brakes on one of the railcars caught fire and there is some speculation about "hot box detectors" (1 of 2 possible) malfunctioning. I will try to find a link to the video.
