Why isnt the name of the Cargo carrier who owned the chemicals that were deliberately set on fire known? That seems a bit sus to knowingly ship toxic chems and not have precautionary packaging or be notified immediately to participate in the cleanup unlless...it was deliberate. - The Great Awakening
