just got wife back home after 16 days in hospital. When she went in we needed they’re expertise to deal with a severe flare up of her COPD. BUT … what I realised was that from the moment she went in I treated them as the “enemy”, and made it clear that while they had administrative control of her treatment I was in overall charge and that wouldn’t change. Thankfully she is now home and I can now try to build her up again. We have to keep an eye on these people.

They ain’t all bad just misled as most of us have been at some point.

BUT…. The buck stops with us.
