DEEP: Residue not connected to Ohio train derailment
Channel 3 received several photos and phone calls from viewers who questioned if a soot-like residue that accumulated on vehicles during recent rain was connected a train derailment in Ohio.

I don’t get it or it’s not being reported: everyone needs to turn in a claim on their homeowners insurance policy. The carrier will bring an engineer or hygienist to test for VOC’s but the claim must be submitted under “Smoke/Soot” damage. Once the Carriers get stuck paying for mitigating houses/businesses the Subrogation game against the responsible parties will begin. It will be like a Pack Of Wolves throwing everyone under the bus.

cabal owns insurance companies too. they'll find exclusions or come up with "inconclusive" results
