How does he conclude that Gates is building indoor farming from that? What's the logic?

I can understand that poisoned land is cheaper to buy, but he's also poisoning his own farmland because the contamination will spread from state to state.

Someone smart help me understand.

The poisoning of the land is the same lie as covid... the fear is what makes the real estate cheap and the sheep run for injections. What if the land is not truly poisoned but you make every normie believe it is...
