I always like to ask who benefits or to what end does this help? Do we really think nobody else is going to be sent to test the air and water and soil? That a company with dozens of employees coming from the same office isn't going to send more or that some other company won't be hired to do it instead? If we assume more will be sent, then what was the gained by eliminating these people?
