We all want transparency, right? They will have the body cams turned on during their hours of the days they are in session.

Better no, even they have their human rights, e.g. privacy for restroom, etc. Not all of them are actualy humans, but thst'll be solved with hemp tie around that pencil neck, not with body cam.
Just like when we get a 'hot mic' moment, they're allowed to turn it off when they are not in chambers or off hours.
