The tether piece of bitcoin worries me. XRP makes sense and the SEC attacked so if I did buy some crypto, that’s what I would get

Tether has nothing to do with Bitcoin, its an independent shadow bank that uses crypto to confuse regulators.

XRP is a security scam run by a company, not a open protocol.
