What and where was the intended target? 7,200 gallons of sewage was let go into John’s Pass Madeira Beach last week, just 20 miles north of this.

That's actually fairly normal. John's Pass and Palma Sola Causeway in Bradenton regularly get sewage dumps like that. It's disgusting, but we're used to it by now.
