The Moore v Harper story fell off the cliff because there's no news to report. Oral arguments were held on Dec 7 but the Court has not yet released a decision. A few months delay is not unusual, especially for as impactful a decision as this one might be.
The Court's internal proceedings are not transparent to the public so there's literally nothing to say about this one until a decision is released.
The NY election commissioner who approved shoddy voting equipment is a lawyer who helps donors skirt / abide by the new transparency laws that he does not enforce.
I donโt understand this case. It couldnโt be mor plain language in the constitution that the state legislature has sole authority to make election laws in the states
