I use cbd, coconut oil, peppermint oil, and cinnamon oil to make a topical pain relief salve. The stuff is wonderful, I would be in even rougher shape without it.
Ok, its pretty simple. You add hemp and coconut oil at a rate of one gram of decarboxilated* cbd hemp to one ounce of coconut oil. Add your hemp and coconut oil to a glass canning jar, put the lid on, and place it in a slow cooker that's filled with water. Set the cooker on low or warm and leave the jar in there for 12-24 hours. After that you strain the liquid oil through some coffee filters and you'll have a greenish oil full of cannabinoids and other beneficial plant compounds. Add in a small amount of peppermint and cinnamon essential oil ( 5 drops of each per ounce of oil works well for me) and you end up with an all natural version of icey hot that's great for aches, pains, and stiffness.
It works wonderfully for arthritis and joint pain since your skin just sucks up the coconut oil and delivers the cbd right to the problem area.
*To decarboxilate the hemp you simply need to grind it up, place it on a baking sheet, and bake it at around 250 degrees until it turns a rich brown color, usually around 30-45 minutes. This will smell, so keep that in mind. Luckily, because of Trump, cbd hemp is legal in all 50 states and can be bought online and shipped right to your door. I go through cbdhemp.direct for my stuff and have never had an issue.

Could you provide your measurements/recipe? Is it good for arthritis?
