I recently left the job, because I couldn’t handle working with at risk youth, who were being indoctrinated into the LGBTQ world, and the facility was endorsing young children with mental illness into declaring their pronouns and sexual status. I felt like their needs went way beyond their pronouns. So I left.
Now, I just went through an orientation with a company with a male to female trans.
Truth is -I like him. He knows his job, he’s professional -he’s helpful & he has insight into his position.
However, he’s a 6 foot 4 man who wears bright, fuchsia lipstick, long hair, purple fingernail polish- purple eyeshadow to work. He constantly flips his hair while sitting in a meeting..,
If the opportunity presents itself, (on break or few people are around) He’s extremely effeminate …..he prances, dances with items from work, uses objects and pretends that he’s carrying a baby, and says he wants to be called “blank,” female name.
It’s a quandary the world we live in. If I had the authority, I would definitely submit him for a mental health eval. But in this day and age.. is it considered a mental health issue? But it is. We all know that.
I’m not sure what to make of it. I won’t be working directly with him as our jobs are in different areas. But I did have to spend a few days during my orientation training alongside him.
We’ll see what comes of this.
Women don’t behave like that. He gets away with behaving that way because everyone’s afraid of losing their jobs if they were to tell him to grow up. It’s a mental disease and they’ve trapped us in their mental hospital—society.
He's behaving like a little girl. Will he eventually grow up?
It sounds like HR could have picked someone worse at doing the job. They get to check boxes. He gets a job. A win-win in Clown World. BTW, Canadian shop teacher might be looking for a new job.
