Decent enough article, it's an opinion piece. Two things he gets wrong are that we are not a democracy, we are a constitutional republic. There is a difference. The other thing he gets wrong is by calling what happened "This was the biggest, the most tragic, and the most unethical breakdown of public health leadership in modern history." What happened was no "breakdown," it was intentionally planned. When you understand that, everything our "leaders" did makes perfect sense.
